AI Use Statement

Ambazza uses artificial intelligence to work faster and to sharpen the quality of its analysis. AI is a tool that supports the work, not a substitute for professional judgement. Every recommendation Ambazza delivers rests on human expertise and review. This statement sets out how AI is used, how client information is protected, and where the limits are drawn.

Our principles

• Human judgement leads. AI supports the work; the analysis, the recommendation, and the responsibility remain with Ambazza.
• Client information is protected. AI is used only through enterprise tools governed by commercial terms and data processing agreements that prohibit the use of client data for model training.
• Transparency on request. Clients can ask at any time how AI was used on their engagement.

What we use AI for

AI supports research, the synthesis of large volumes of material, the structuring of analysis, the preparation of drafts, and the acceleration of routine work. In every case the output is reviewed, validated, and refined by Ambazza before it informs any client deliverable.

What we do not use AI for

• No final recommendation, deliverable, or client communication is produced by AI without human review. Nothing leaves Ambazza unchecked.
• Special categories of personal data, as defined under applicable data protection law, are not entered into AI tools. This includes data revealing health, racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, genetic or biometric data, and data concerning a person's sex life or sexual orientation.

How we handle your data

Ambazza uses AI only through enterprise-grade tools operating under commercial terms. These terms include data processing agreements with standard contractual clauses and prohibit the use of inputs or outputs for model training. Client information is handled on a need-to-know basis and is not shared beyond the purpose of the engagement.

AI is accessed exclusively through business accounts under commercial terms. Special categories of personal data, as defined under applicable data protection law, are not entered into these tools. Where a client requires specific arrangements, such as EU data residency or zero data retention, Ambazza will agree these on a per-engagement basis.

Human oversight

Every deliverable passes through human review before it reaches the client. AI accelerates the work; it does not replace the judgement, accountability, or quality control that Ambazza provides. Responsibility for AI governance at Ambazza rests with the Management.

Compliance

Ambazza's use of AI is designed to be consistent with applicable data protection law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, and with the confidentiality obligations Ambazza owes to its clients. Ambazza's use of AI is limited to professional support tools and does not constitute the operation of a high-risk AI system within the meaning of the EU AI Act. Where an engagement involves specific regulatory requirements, these are addressed in the engagement terms.
